Is your computer running slower than usual? Think you have a virus? If your computer will not work as expected, don’t worry. Our dedicated service is designed to get it back up and running in no time.

Regardless of where you bought it, simply bring your laptop or PC or any other computer base unit down to a Futuremark branch. If you’re not able to bring your computer or any other device into one of our stores, you can call our team on 051 522 3345 / 072 877 7159 and we’ll take it from there.

First, our experts will run a complete diagnosis to determine what the problem is. If the computer can be repaired, we’ll attempt to fix it in store, or if it needs parts we’ll send it to our specialist repair lab. We’ll ask NO upfront fees for the diagnostics and the repair. In the unlikely event that we’re unable to repair your computer, it will be returned straight away.

If we can’t fix your computer or any other device in store, we’ll securely seal it up and send it to our repair lab. We’ll call you within 3 Working Days to let you know the status of your repair and any additional costs for new parts needed. If you want to continue with the repair we take payment over the phone, or if you would prefer not to proceed we’ll send your product back to the store you took it to or to your home, as quickly as possible.

We aim to complete PC and any other devices within 1 Working day. We’ll send it back to your store or home and or let you know when it’s available to collect.

Any product repair comes with the highest quality assurance testing from our experts and a 3 month warranty to cover the work done.
